Seafront Villas Kilada are recently constructed villas, finished to the most exacting standards with phase one to be presented to the luxury villa rental market for the first time in the Summer of 2023. The design at Seafront Villas is a fusion of modern minimalist design and luxurious home comfort. Our experienced and dedicated design team has successfully and seamlessly integrated their experience in designing 5 Star hotels in to a residential setting, carefully incorporating the area’s natural elements whilst the natural tones soak up the glorious Greek sunshine as it seeps in through the large, full width windows. The exquisite gardens have been meticulously planned, a beautiful combination of native wild flowers and 300 year old olive trees surrounding luscious green lawns.
LOCATION

Our villas are located at Lepitsa Beach in Kilada, a mere 15 minute drive from Porto Heli; the famous port town and main attraction of the area with a host of restaurants and nightspots. We are blessed with a small but largely undiscovered beach directly in front of the villas whilst the larger yet still quiet Lepitsa Beach is less than five minutes away on foot. The town of Kilada is a fisherman’s port, famed for the prawns fished in the local waters, and offers a selection of traditional taverns, restaurants and cafes. The town is just five minutes by car and is well worth a visit for the prawns alone! 2023 is due to see the launch of MyKilada Golf and Country Club, a Jack Nicklaus designed Championship Golf Course, which is also within a five minute drive of your new home away from home, here at Seafront Villas Kilada.
