Seafront Villas Kilada is a boutique collection of three beautifully appointed, luxury villas in the sought after Porto Heli area. Our Summer beachfront rental homes are located at the tip of the most stunning peninsula of the Peloponnese region of Greece. Each villa sits peacefully on the hillside at Lepitsa Beach, overlooking the sea and offering breathtaking views of the Aegean. Purposely built with a West facing orientation to ensure all of our guests can enjoy the sensational sunset views from the comfort and luxury of their home away from home.

Our villas at Lepitsa Beach in Kilada are a mere 15 minute drive from Porto Heli; the famous port town and main attraction of the area with a host of restaurants and nightspots. We are blessed with a small but largely undiscovered beach directly in front of the villas whilst the larger yet still quiet Lepitsa Beach is less than five minutes away on foot. The town of Kilada is a traditional fisherman’s port, famed for the prawns fished in the local waters, and offers a selection of authentic taverns, restaurants and cafes.

Seafront Villas Kilada can be easily reached either by land or air. We are located 2-2.5 hours by car from Athens International Airport with the simple route taking in some wonderful views of the Saronic Gulf. Your dedicated villa manager can help you with car rental options as well as chauffeured cars and people carriers. Seafront Villas can also be accessed by air in just 25 minutes with a helicopter transfer from Athens International Airport to our private helipad located at the rear of the villas.
